    Lindsay is so motivational during an intense 45-minute cycle session, then takes you into the yoga studio and instantly helps you relax for the next hour. Her super friendly demeanor/upbeat attitude help me stay focused on swaha-ing that shit out during this class. I always leave feeling refreshed and like I had a great full-body workout. 100 stars. So. Great. So great.

    I aim to take a few of Lindsay’s spin & yoga classes every week – I need them. Not only do I repeatedly get a full body workout but I get a full mental workout as well. She always brings her great, positive energy to class and really urges you to remember why you showed up. “I’m cheaper than therapy” is one of my favorite Lindsay-isms!
